Al Shirawi FM’s progression in becoming a fully fledged Facilities Management service provider has been achieved over 44 years of strategic planning and development. Starting in 1974 as a mechanical contractor, we initially built our expertise in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems. In subsequent decades, through joint ventures, acquisitions and entrepreneurship, we broadened our horizon to include electrical systems, servicing of large tonnage chillers, general and specialised cleaning services, security services and most recently energy management by achieving RSB Accreditation as an Energy Services Company (ESCO).
