Business Development (Commission Only) Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales or technical and cleaning services, who possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients and opportunities. An Exciting Day on the Job: · Conduct frontline outbound prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up. · Demonstrate initiative and establish rapport with potential customers. · Deliver presentations in-person or virtually, and provide demos to qualified customers. · Execute live and web-based presentations. Your Qualifications: · No specific education requirements, but experience in sales or technical and cleaning servics is preferred. · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and professionally. · A naturally charismatic individual who can engage and influence clients with ease. · Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. · Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. · Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
