ABOUT US: Aydas Real Estate is a Dubai based real estate agency committed to integrity, professionalism and dedicated to offering exceptional services and helping find the perfect property in Dubai. We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record in sales. The agent will be responsible for assisting the clients in buying and selling properties, providing expert advice and ensuring seamless process. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets. • Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, meetings and presentations. • Have comprehensive knowledge about the off-plan properties including their specifications, developer reputation and the benefits of investing in them. • Compliance with company regulations. • Facilitate the sale of Off-Plan properties, negotiate terms and prices and work towards closing deals effectively. • Maintain strong relationship with the developers to stay informed about new projects, exclusive offers and any updates regarding off-plan properties. • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the purchasing process, addressing the concerns or issues and ensuring a smooth transaction. • Prepare and review contracts, agreements and other pertinent documents. Ensuring that all the legal and regulatory requirements are met. • Build and maintain relationship with the other real estate professionals such as agents, brokers and mortgage lenders to facilitate transactions and stay informed about market developments. QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven 1-3 experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration OR High School graduate. • Preferably female with excellent communication skills in English with language proficiency in Arabic & Turkish. • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Must be in Dubai and willing to join immediately.
