Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Structural Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading blueprints, cutting, assembling, and welding metal structures to precise specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various metals and tools. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble structural components using welding, grinding, and fitting techniques. Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding machines. Inspect finished structures to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to complete projects efficiently. Repair and modify existing metal structures as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Structural Fabricator or in a similar metal fabrication role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and metal cutting techniques. Experience using fabrication tools such as shears, brakes, and plasma cutters. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in welding or fabrication is a plus. Experience working with structural steel, aluminum, or other metals.
