Gulf Hands Facility Management LLC is a leading property management and general maintenance company with 19 years of excellence in the UAE. We are expanding and looking for a skilled Chiller & AC Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Installation, maintenance, and repair of Chillers and AC systems
✅ Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and ensure proper functionality
✅ Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
✅ Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
✅ Respond promptly to client service requests and emergencies
Requirements:
✔️ 2-5 years of UAE experience in Chiller and AC maintenance
✔️ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair
✔️ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
✔️ Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ UAE driving license preferred
