Purchase Executive (Arabic Nationality)
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
· Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
· Obtain and analyze quotes, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases.
· Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
· Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
· Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
· Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and contribute to budgeting and cost reduction efforts.
· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery information.
· Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, service, and delivery timelines.
· Prepare procurement reports and documentation for audits or management review.
· Work closely with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role (typically 2+ years).
· Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as a good understanding of supply chain management.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
· Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional visits to suppliers or warehouse sites.
