Key Responsibilities
• Live with the family and provide personalized, home-based therapy
• Implement programs in:
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Speech Therapy
• Mentosory Therapy (Montessori-inspired sensory development)
• Assist in feeding, toileting, sleeping routines, and self-help skills
• Collaborate with the school therapist, parents, and nutritionist
• Prepare meals based on a specialized dietary plan and manage related grocery shopping
• Supervise hygiene routines and maintain the child’s living spaces
• Ensure nanny compliance with developmental plans
• Attend training courses and sessions to enhance methods
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and respect the family's privacy

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
• Must be a Female Therapist
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in therapy for children with developmental needs
• Certified in:
• ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Occupational Therapy (OCC Therapy)
• Speech Therapy
• Mentosory Therapy (sensory-based approach)
• Able to independently run therapy sessions in a home or school setting
• Fluent in English (Tagalog is a plus)
