3 — HOUSE RULES

All residents must follow these rules:

1. Maintain personal hygiene


2. Keep your bedspace clean


3. Clean kitchen after every use


4. Do not leave unwashed dishes


5. Bathroom must be kept dry


6. Dispose of garbage daily


7. Maintain silence and respect privacy


8. No overnight guests


9. No smoking / alcohol / drugs


10. Last person must switch off lights, AC, fan

4 — DEPOSIT POLICY

Security Deposit: AED 500 (mandatory)

Refundable only if:
✔ No damage to property
✔ Minimum 1-month notice given
✔ Stay is minimum 2 months

Deposit is NOT returned if:
✘ Leaving without notice
✘ Leaving before completing 2 months
✘ Any damage caused to property or appliances

5 — PAYMENT TERMS

Rent must be paid on OR before the due date

Late payments may incur warnings

Only online bank transfer or cash accepted

Receipts provided upon request

6 — CLEANING & RESPONSIBILITY

Each resident must:

Maintain cleanliness

Share responsibility of common areas

Keep personal items organized

Never block walkways

Clean spills immediately

7 — SAFETY RULES

Turn off electrical appliances before leaving

Do not overload power sockets

Report damages immediately

Keep exit paths clear

No unauthorized visitors
