Accountant

Job description

We are looking for an accountant, who must have experence in a medical setting and who provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations, along with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Responsibilites

Record daily financial transactions accurately.
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and balance accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Prepare and file tax returns for the organization and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Advise on tax strategies and implications for business decisions.
Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and laws.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any discrepancies or findings.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
Monitor and analyze budget performance and variances.
Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and financial health indicators.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Must have good character and leadership
Must be presentable
Minimum 3 years of exprience required
Must be Immediate joiner
