Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in financial management? Join our team as an Accounts & Administrative Assistant and take charge of our financial records and office operations!
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Tasks:
Process, track, and record daily transactions (credits and debits).
Manage bookkeeping activities and maintain ledgers.
Maintain and organize invoices (payable and receivable) for timely payments.
Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets.
Monitor expenses, track cash flow, and generate reports.
Use Excel and accounting software for accurate financial documentation.
Prepare financial summaries for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Knowledge of financial reporting and balance sheet preparation.
Effective communication and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary Package: AED 3,000 per month
Visa provided
9-hour workday with weekly off
Work Location: Dubai, DIP
