Job description

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions and handling cash.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate cash registers and process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring correct change is given.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills.
