Sales Executive - Hotel & Hospitality Supplies Industry

Job description

We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the Hotel & Hospitality Supplies Industry to manage existing accounts and drive new business opportunities. The role involves leveraging product knowledge, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to key stakeholders such as F&B, Accounts, and Purchasing teams. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, self-motivated professional with 1–3 years of industry experience, strong sales and communication skills, and familiarity with hotel procurement processes. A UAE driving license is required.
Essential Functions:
• Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for additional product sales.
• Leverage analytical tools and resources to target prospects effectively.
• Utilize product knowledge and ROI insights to educate and sell.
• Exhibit exceptional sales skills to generate interest and foster strong business relationships.
• Present samples, catalogs, and highlight key features of product offerings.
• Provide quotes, communicate credit terms, and prepare sales contracts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with F&B, Accounts, and Purchasing contacts.
• Collaborate with the admin team to address and resolve customer issues, including follow-ups on deliveries and back-ordered items.
• Work with the accounts team to ensure customers adhere to agreed payment terms.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality supply industry.
• Familiarity and connections with hotel procurement and engineering departments.
• Strong business ethics and professional demeanour.
• Vibrant personality with the ability to build trust with prospects and customers.
• Goal-oriented, driven, and self-motivated, capable of working independently and within a team.
• Consistent focus and enthusiasm for daily tasks.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone.
• Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and managing customer databases.
• Strong writing skills for effective correspondence.
• Ability to convey ideas persuasively and sell a range of products.
• Strong closing skills and adaptability in client interactions.
UAE driving license is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED 3,000.00 – AED 4,500.00 per month
