Job description
We are looking for two highly motivated female Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and drive business growth by finding and closing deals with local companies in the UAE. One of the candidates must be a native Arabic speaker, while both should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
As an SDR at Nexada, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships with potential clients, and showcasing the value of our B2B automation and app development solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the UAE market.
- Present Nexada's services (B2B automation and custom web/mobile development solutions) to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position Nexada effectively.
Requirements:
- At least one position: Native Arabic speaker (essential).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for both positions.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally in the UAE and/or GCC market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and local companies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A professional, approachable demeanor and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
