We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager + Sales Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn conversations into contracts — fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Sales with Speed: Actively pitch, follow up, and close deals with urgency. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new clients and hitting sales targets from Day 1.
• Lead Client Relationships: Be the strategic point of contact for all client communication — from onboarding to campaign delivery.
• Grow Client Accounts: Identify upsell opportunities and expand revenue from existing clients.
• Own Campaign Strategy: Work closely with internal teams to translate client goals into actionable, high-performing campaigns.
• Provide Strategic Insights: Present performance reports and optimization ideas that keep clients engaged, impressed, and renewing.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with digital marketing trends in beauty, wellness, and luxury niches so you can speak the client’s language and offer cutting-edge solutions.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in sales or account management (agency background preferred).
• You’re a natural closer — persuasive, confident, and great at handling objections.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, influencer marketing, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time, priorities, and pipelines.
• UAE driving license and own car — this role involves in-person meetings and client visits when needed.
