Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations & Management
• Oversee daily business operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and maintain stock levels.
• Supervise quality control to ensure product consistency and excellence.
• Manage and track financial records including sales reports, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
Sales & Marketing
• Monitor and manage the website (e-commerce platform) and social media accounts.
• Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to drive sales and engagement.
• Analyze sales trends and performance data to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, or agencies as needed.
Programs & Product Development
• Lead product development initiatives and seasonal launches.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and branding consistency across all channels.
• Implement loyalty programs or customer retention strategies.
People & External Relations
• Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, and service providers to maintain business flow.
• Support hiring or managing temporary staff during high-demand periods.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, partnerships, and wholesale opportunities.
Business Strategy & Growth
• Develop and implement short- and long-term growth strategies.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business performance and key metrics.
• Identify new markets, trends, and opportunities to expand the business.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing or supporting personal or small businesses (especially in consumer goods or e-commerce).
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix, or similar).
• Basic understanding of marketing, social media, and sales strategy.
• Financial literacy and ability to manage budgets and track KPIs.
