We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships & Growth to lead strategic collaborations and drive business expansion in Dubai.
The role involves building strong partnerships with automotive dealers, recruitment agencies, and corporate clients to increase revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and close strategic partnership deals.
• Build long-term relationships with B2B clients.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale the marketplace.
• Work closely with the leadership team to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development or partnerships in Dubai/GCC.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
