Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on various fit-out assignments in the GCC region. The Civil Site Engineer will oversee project execution, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage site activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily fit-out site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and manage any necessary adjustments.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly, minimizing impact on project timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
Ensure that all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in fit-out projects within the GCC.
Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out sites from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and relevant regulations.
Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using MS Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
