Job description

DIRECT HIRIING for experienced CLEANING SUPERVISOR / OPERATIONS INCHARGE to oversee all duties performed by our housekeeping / cleaning staff.

Cleaning Supervisor Responsibilities includes :
- Assigning Cleaning tasks to staff and inspecting client locations & check cleaning work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor Cleaning service.
- Providing training to the Cleaning staff.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Directly reporting to boss after resolving any issues with team members & keep followups.
