We’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead a reconstruction project in Dubai. This role requires solid construction knowledge, the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, and a good sense of design. You’ll be the key person on-site, ensuring everything is planned, built, and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all phases of the reconstruction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, and design professionals.
• Ensure construction aligns with architectural drawings and specifications.
• Make design-related decisions, select finishes, and maintain aesthetic standards.
• Use project planning tools to track timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Maintain regular reporting to the headquarters and resolve on-site issues proactively.

Requirements
• Proven experience managing construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Familiar with project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Good understanding of design, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Must hold own valid UAE residency visa.

Bonus Points
• Experience with AutoCAD or other architectural software.
• Background in architecture, interior design, or engineering.
• Familiarity with international projects.
