We are looking for a motivated and fluent English-speaking customer service representative to join our team at Shozon.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting property owners, property agents, and assisting new users. You will also work in sales to bring companies on board to sell cars and properties on our platform.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and new users, property owners, and property agents.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and provide solutions promptly.
Transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
Provide support for general inquiries related to Shozon.com’s services.
Work proactively in sales to bring new companies on board, selling cars and properties.
Ensure all customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist with other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn.
Available to work full-time, on-site.
