By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Position: Sales Professional / Agent (Project-Based, this role is Commission Bases No Salary)
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi - UAE
About Us: We are a regional project management company specializing in branding, 3D animation and VFX advertising, UI and UX designing, and interior designing. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and high-quality services to our clients, helping them stand out in their respective industries.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for branding, 3D animation and CGI, and interior designing projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Dubai/Abu Dhapi .
Present our services to potential clients and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
Reside in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and lead generation for branding, advertising, marketing, and interior designing.
Strong communication and networking skills within the UAE market.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commission Structure:
Competitive commission based on project cost, ranging from 5% to 10%, depending on the size and scope of the projects you secure.
