Job description
We are seeking a mature, experienced, driven Outdoor Salesperson to join our team and take charge of business development across our homewares product line. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly with clients in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector, retail outlets, and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA, retail, and interior design sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.
Promote and present our range of homewares in a persuasive and professional manner.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and negotiate deals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in outdoor sales, specifically in homewares or related sectors.
Existing network or client base within HORECA, retail, or design industries is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with a variety of clients.
Self-motivated, confident, and well-organized.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
