Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design software. Knowledge of printing processes and basic understanding of printing machines is essential, as the role will involve preparing and optimizing designs for print production.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and artworks for print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready files ensuring accuracy and adherence to printing specifications.
- Assist in operating and maintaining printing machines as needed, ensuring quality output and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and advancements in printing technology to continually improve design and production processes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a print-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and print file preparation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.



Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience with large format printing or digital printing technologies.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software and video editing tools is a plus.
