We are looking for a well-organized and efficient Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, maintain office systems, and support staff with essential resources to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Oversee office equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy accessibility.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
