I am looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, emails, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Handle basic documentation and office organization
Support with Microsoft Office tasks (Word, Excel, etc.)
Assist in coordination and follow-ups when needed
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred, ideally between 18–25 years of age
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
A valid driver’s license is a plus
