About the company
We are a consulting company specializing in company registration (Mainland, Free Zones), bank account opening support and legal advice in the UAE. Our clients are entrepreneurs and companies worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on business registration in the UAE (mainland and free zones)
- Preparation and verification of legal documents: MoA, resolutions, licenses, tenancy agreements, corporate documents
- Interaction with government agencies: DED, Free Zone Authorities, Immigration, MOHRE, Dubai Municipality
- Support of the process of obtaining a license, visas, Emirates ID and other permits
- Customer support when opening corporate bank accounts (KYC, preparation of a package of documents)
- Analysis of clients' business models and selection of optimal jurisdiction
- Communicating with clients in English, knowledge of the Russian language will be a big plus-Preparing reports, updating statuses, and timing in CRM
Requirements:
- Work experience: from 1-3 years in the legal field or business consulting (experience in the UAE is an advantage)
- English is advanced, active business vocabulary (advanced), Russian is a significant advantage
- Understanding company registration procedures, visa applications, and banking requirements
- Skills of working with UAE government portals (DED, ICP, free zones)
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer orientation, attentiveness, responsibility
