Position: Insurance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• Verify patient eligibility & coverage
• Submit pre-approvals/claims; create invoices
• Track claims and follow up on delays with insurers
• Guide patients on insurance queries
• Maintain accurate billing & insurance records

Requirements
• 1–2+ years in UAE healthcare insurance coordination
• Good knowledge of UAE insurance processes/portals
• Strong documentation & follow-up skills; detail oriented
