Job description

We are a dynamic pet services company offering a range of services, including grooming, daycare, boarding, and training for pets.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking young individual with exceptional English writing and communication skills to join our team.

Job Requirements:

+3 years of experience
Exceptional written and spoken english with fast typing skills
Must be a pet lover
Salary => AED 3,000-AED 4,000
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update client and pet records, including customer details, vaccination records, and other relevant information.
Manage dog check-ins and check-outs, ensuring items brought, special requests, and weights are documented accurately.
Send timely updates to clients about their pet's stay, including photos, videos, and daily highlights.
Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure all dues are collected promptly.
Activate and manage camera access for pet owners to monitor their pets during daycare hours.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Prepare and share daily schedules with the team to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
Relay critical information to staff on the ground to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Report any health concerns or emergencies to the manager immediately for appropriate action.
