Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team, a leading real estate firm based in Dubai. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, engaging them through calls to provide information on our real estate offerings, and assisting with inquiries and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation, property inquiries, and follow-ups.
Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and features.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential clients.
Record and maintain accurate client information and conversations in the CRM system.
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless communication and process flow.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Hindi, English, Arabic, and Russian (preferably).
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and polite telephone manner.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is a plus.
Strong listening and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
