Key Responsibilities:
• Actively source new property listings and maintain a comprehensive database
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential clients
• Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Stay updated on property laws, real estate market trends, and government regulations
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Achieve sales and leasing targets as set by the management

Candidate Requirement:
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Passion for real estate and a proactive attitude
• UAE driving license is preferred (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of the Dubai property market (a plus)
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software (preferred)
