Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary: Basic + Commission
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our visa and immigration services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
Provide detailed information about immigration, visit visas, and work permit services.
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate visa solutions.
Follow up with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments for in-person meetings when necessary.
Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and sales in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and visa regulations.
Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience (preferably in visa/immigration services).
Education: High school diploma or above.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) is a plus.
