Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, quick, and efficient individual to assist in managing communication between online customers and suppliers. He will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing accurate quotations and pricing. The role requires a highly organized and capable individual who can work under pressure and ensure timely follow-ups through various platforms including WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with online customers to understand their requirements and pass their orders to suppliers.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and manage quotations and pricing for customers, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Ensure professional documentation of all transactions, communications, and related materials.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market prices on goods the company deals with.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through clear and effective communication.
- Assist with marketing efforts to reach out to new and existing customers.
Skills:
- Must be well-educated, preferably with experience in trading or supply chain management.
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, project management software, and scheduling and planning tools. Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Maps, email, and phone for business communication.
- Proven experience in pricing, preparing quotations, and supplier coordination.
- Excellent, efficient and quick communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Highly organized, professional, and able to work efficiently under pressure and flexible to work from home or office.
- Good understanding of marketing and customer outreach strategies.
- Preferably with UAE Driving License
