Job description
We are seeking a Linux specialist to manage and maintain Linux servers, optimize systems, and ensure the stable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure. If you have experience managing large-scale systems and enjoy solving technical challenges, we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Linux servers (Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, CentOS, etc.).
- Expert in securing Linux systems and services (LPIC-3 certification preferred).
- Maintain web servers (Nginx, Apache) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Implement and enhance system security, including firewalls and authentication mechanisms.
- Manage network services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems using tools like Zabbix or Nagios.
- Automate processes using tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Manage containers and virtualization services (Docker)
- Document system configurations and processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Ability to write Bash scripts and familiarity with Python or Perl.
- Experience managing servers in production environments.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and system protection strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, LFCE, or CompTIA Linux+) is a plus.
