Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and supplies.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks.
Ensure office efficiency by maintaining supplies and equipment.
Manage documentation, paperwork, and compliance records.
Assist in IT-related administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
