Do you thrive on organizing epic events and delivering seamless experiences? Ascend Esports Academy is looking for a Tournament Specialist who can bring the hype, handle logistics, and make every esports event unforgettable.
What You'll Be Doing:
Master the Events: Plan and execute esports tournaments, from crafting schedules to managing logistics.
Venue Pro: Oversee venue arrangements, setup, and technical requirements like a true event wizard.
Team Coordination: Work with players, teams, and stakeholders to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to create buzz and attract audiences to our events.
Problem Solver: Handle live-event hiccups with ease and ensure safety and compliance at every stage.
Post-Game Analysis: Evaluate each event’s success and propose ideas to level up the next one.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 7-8 years of experience in event planning, esports tournament management, or similar roles.
✔️ Outstanding organizational skills with a knack for multitasking under pressure.
✔️ Deep understanding of esports event technicalities and logistics.
✔️ Passion for creating memorable experiences for players and fans alike.
