Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive and Travel Consultant SPECIALIZED in Global Holiday Destinations including UAE to join our team in Dubai. This dual-focus role is responsible for driving new business growth through both corporate and individual sales, while also providing expert travel consultation and managing comprehensive travel bookings for clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive closer, passionate about travel, and committed to building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development and Sales:
o Should be able to make an attractive Tour Package out of so many portals we have and sell.
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate and individual clients to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
o Proactively generate leads through networking, market research, and targeted outreach, including cold calling and attendance at industry events.
o Develop and present persuasive proposals and sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the company's travel solutions and competitive advantages.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
• Client Consultation and Booking Management:
o Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences for flights, hotels, visa services, tours, and holiday packages.
o Customize and create detailed travel itineraries and proposals based on client specifications.
o Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, as well as other online portals, to book and manage travel reservations.
o Collect payments, issue tickets, and handle modifications, cancellations, or any unforeseen issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Relationship Management and Customer Service:
o Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and encourage repeat and referral business.
o Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations to ensure a seamless client experience.
o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Market Awareness and Reporting:
o Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and destination knowledge to provide up-to-date travel information.
o Maintain accurate sales records and client information in CRM software.
o Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry in Dubai, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
o Existing network of corporate or individual clients in the UAE is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other travel booking software is essential.
o Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.
• Interpersonal Skills:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Customer-centric approach with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
o Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Industry Knowledge:
o In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, airline fares, hotel properties, and visa regulations.
o Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Education:
o A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
