I’m a Management postgraduate with hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, stakeholder engagement, and people-focused project delivery across the non-profit, corporate, and education sectors. Recently completed my MSc in Management from the University of Bristol, I bring a practical understanding of organisational strategy, leadership, and HR operations. As a Volunteer Coordinator at The Avon Centre, I’ve led the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of over 150 volunteers, driven engagement strategies, and maintained high retention rates. My internship with Bharti Airtel further strengthened my skills in cross-functional collaboration, employee experience, and internal communications. With a focus on purposeful work and operational efficiency, I’m especially drawn to opportunities at the intersection of people, strategy, and impact—where clear communication and thoughtful coordination drive meaningful results.
