I hold a Master of Commerce in Marketing and HR from Mount Carmel College and have built a strong foundation in onboarding, resource management, and operational efficiency. At Randstad Enterprise, I developed and executed onboarding programs, partnering with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and enhance company culture. Previously, as a B2B Operations Executive at Wizklub Learning, I coordinated backend operations for the HOTS Olympiad, managed client relationships, and implemented effective campaigns. My earlier internships at Triumph Motorcycles and NestAway Technologies further strengthened my market research and social media skills.
