We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in photography and AI-powered design tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and online platforms
Create high-quality visual content through professional photography and photo editing
Utilize AI design tools to produce marketing creatives, advertisements, and branded content
Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and performance analysis
Design and optimize digital advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in digital marketing
Strong photography skills, including camera handling, lighting, composition, and editing
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:

Experience in video editing and short-form content creation
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
