**👨🍳 Hiring: Assistant Chef – Dubai**
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking **Assistant Chef** to join our kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have good cooking skills, knowledge of food preparation, and the ability to support the Chef in daily kitchen operations.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards
* Prepare ingredients including cutting, cleaning, and portioning
* Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities
* Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained
* Monitor food stock and inform the Chef about shortages
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as an Assistant Chef, Commis Chef, Line Cook, or Kitchen Staff is preferred
* Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Immediate joiners preferred
