Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, trustworthy, and experienced Driver cum Butler to join our private household. This combined role requires a skilled driver to provide safe transportation and a hands-on butler to manage daily household operations, service, and errands with maximum discretion and high etiquette.

Key Responsibilities
1. Driving & Transportation
• Provide safe, smooth, and punctual transportation for the family (school drop-offs, business meetings, social events).
• Maintain the pristine condition of vehicles: cleaning, fueling, scheduling regular maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Utilize GPS and possess extensive knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns to ensure timely arrivals.
• Ensure vehicles are stocked with water, refreshments, and necessary personal items.

2. Butler & Household Management
• Provide formal service for family meals and drinks.
• Manage household errands: grocery shopping, dry cleaning, pharmacy, and bank runs.
• Coordinate with external vendors, maintenance staff, and other domestic workers.
• Oversee household supplies, restocking, and inventory management.

3. General Administration & Security
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Manage basic household petty cash and expense reporting.
• Implement security protocols and ensure the property is secured.


Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE as a private/family driver and butler
• License: Valid UAE Driver’s License (Light Vehicle) with a clean driving record.
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in English
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Appearance: Professional appearance, neat, and well-groomed.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and travel if required.
• Personal Attributes: Trustworthy, discreet, and patient with children/elderly.
