**Position:** Speech Therapist
**Location:** UAE / Gulf Region
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for qualified and experienced Speech Therapists to join our healthcare team in the Gulf region. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy programs for children and/or adults with communication, speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
* Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
* Work with children and adults with developmental, neurological, and communication disorders.
* Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
* Communicate effectively with patients, parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
* Educate families and caregivers regarding home-based therapy programs.
* Maintain professional and ethical clinical standards.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy.
* Relevant clinical experience.
* Valid professional license or eligibility for the relevant Gulf regulatory authority is preferred.
* Experience working with pediatric or adult cases is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
