ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE – DSV Global Logistics as a Team leader for FCA (MOPAR)(currently Working) Job Responsibilities – Assist in planning handling volumes based on balancing workload and workers. Focus in achieving on operational KPI’s. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance. Focus on quality standards in overall operations. Co-workers to be monitors for not deviating the SOP’s while operating. Considering on-floor challenges shall plan for workers shuffling based on priorities. Inventory accuracy shall be key focus in daily operations. Co-worker skill and interest shall be monitored and plan for additional skill development. Health & safety shall be followed at workplace on top priority. Ensure that MHE’s and maneuvering of materials is carried out in accordance with the handling procedures. Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required. Co-ordinate with support functions for challenges, improvements and changes in operations. Ensure that computerized or automated systems are accurate and up to date. Identify systems improvements and make recommendations for change. Ensure a clean and tidy warehouse environment to aid operational efficiency. Maintain high standards of safety and security in the warehouse. Responsible for merchandise handling including execution of all shipment receiving and processing procedures to floor ready standards and maintenance of customer good.
