Total with 5 years being with Ritz-Carlton has helped gain professional expertise and I further enhanced my skills by working with different department in the Rooms Division, I am a passionate and dedicated Guest Experience Supervisor, highly adaptable and accomplished in all Rooms Division. I am confident with leading a team of back of house, as with meeting VVIP guests as well. I love what I do and currently want to take my career to the next level. I will continue to follow my own mantra of “Dare to innovate, dare to be different” I enjoy a challenge and want to continue making a difference.
