My role as a Work Permit Coordinator and Engineering Services Administrator involves managing the end-to-end coordination of TWS permits using IBM Maximo, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, and facilitating technical clearances from FM Engineering teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, AV/CPMS, etc.). I serve as a key link between Dubai Duty Free, the main contractor (OP3 DESIGN LLC), and internal airport departments—helping ensure smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery of the project within operational guidelines.
