I have worked with one of the best Fish and Chips restaurant in London. responsibilities for assisting the head chef with prep and replacing him in his absence. Worked efficiently in a fast paced central London environment with plating and innovative servings. My job roles of assisting involved; Sea food starters, Desserts (Tiramisu, Crèmebrule, Crumble, Sticky toffee pudding, Bread and butter pudding). Been effective in FOH also and worked as an efficient customer interaction for upsells.
