Position: Customer Service / Call Centre

I have 2 years working experience as a junior cabin crew at Mingalar Airlines from 1.October.2023 to 31.October.2025 also known as Air KBZ which is the sister airline of Myanmar Airways International. I have a certificate of Front Office Course Level 2 at M-Hospitality and Tourism Institute. I also got a certificate of Cabin Crew Career Preparation Training Course at Myanmar Flight Attendant School. I am a graduated student with BTEC level5 Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Victoria University College Myanmar. During my time as a Junior Cabin Crew member, I developed exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. My role required consistent reliability, professionalism, and teamwork to ensure safety, efficiency, and passenger satisfaction on every flight.
