Position: Restaurant Operations

I have over 13 years of experience in hospitality and operations. I started my career with banquet services and gradually moved into premium cinema and restaurant operations. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager, where I handle overall operations of a 15-screen multiplex with a seating capacity of 1,736. I manage a team of over 80 staff, including managers and duty officers, across departments such as operations, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and projection.
