Job Responsibilities:

* Perform automotive painting work professionally according to high-quality standards.
* Prepare and treat vehicle surfaces before painting.
* Accurately match colors using modern color-mixing systems.
* Carry out spray painting and final polishing professionally.
* Repair defects and ensure high-quality finishing.
* Manage the painting team and distribute tasks efficiently.
* Coordinate between the body repair and painting departments to ensure smooth workflow.
* Monitor work quality and ensure deadlines are met.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.

Requirements:

* 5 to 7 years of practical experience in automotive painting.
* Experience in managing and organizing workshop teams.
* Good knowledge of modern painting systems and color matching.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Commitment to quality and occupational safety standards.

Previous experience in specialized workshops or authorized service centers is preferred.
