Main duties of this role:
General office duties.
Ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing the front office team.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
You also play a key role in training and developing front office staff.
Ensuring they deliver the highest standards of service.
Your responsibilities include managing room reservations.
Coordinating with other departments for room readiness, and handling guest complaints and queries.
Your leadership and management skills are essential in maintaining a productive and motivated team.
Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:
Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English.
1-2 years minimum experience.
Average level in English.
Monthly Salary: 3,200GBP and above, depending on level of experience.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work with teams.
Experience in communication and good conduct.
Attention to detail.
Benefit:
The Employee is eligible to receive a semi-annual discretionary bonus of up to a target of 45% of your Base Eligible Earnings as defined in the Company's Bonus Plan. Based on your performance, you can over-achieve your bonus target pursuant to the Company's Bonus Plan.
Employee shall be afforded Health Insurance and Retirement (Pension) Plan in accordance with the prevailing market practice in the United Kingdom and the applicable laws and regulations
In Return:
Employee shall be entitled to up to thirty (30) days of Paid Vacation/Leave (plus Bank Holidays) in any given calendar year provided that Employee remains a full time employee during such period of time. If Employee’s employment falls short of twelve months in any given calendar year, Employee’s entitlement to thirty (30) days of paid vacation/leave shall be reduced on a pro rata basis. Employee shall be eligible to accrue paid vacation/paid time off in accordance with the company's paid vacation/paid time off policy, as it may be amended from time to time, and at the rate equal to other similarly situated employees.
